The room and set-up was clean and inviting. However, we booked Friday, Sept 13 - Thurs, Sept 19th and ended up checking out on Monday, Sept 16th due to no hot water, internet not working and only 1 room key. Every day we discussed these concerns with the front desk and they stated their maintenance person was gone for the week. In the end we were refunded for 1 night when I wish we would have been refunded for 3.

Conveniently located in a very fun neighborhood with lots of great food and entertainment nearby. Picked by my son who knows Bangkok very well. Spacious room. Excellent location. WiFI worked well.

The first room I stayed in was infested with flying ants, when I asked to move they said there were no rooms available, as soon as I asked them to refund me as it was impossible for me to sleep in a ant infested room they managed to find me a room. The second room was clean but when I closed the door into the bedroom it locked, reception had no key to get back into the bedroom so had to actually break the door down which took over 1 hour and I was running late now by the point. Not very helpful!!!

Fantastic value for what it is
No frills, clean and simple. What you see is what you get. In the lobby: Nice staff, mostly used for check-in and check-out. There is a van that will take you to local neighborhood areas In the room: Clean bathrooms bedroom and living room. Decor is a bit dated, but I wasn’t looking for the Hilton

for the price its great. shuttle runs every 30 mins, i think until 8pm. only thing is the pool is dirty if you are looking to swim. I would not go swimming there. the roof top pool area has potential but looks like it has been neglected for a very long time. The workers and staff are very friendly. But extra water cause you get only 2 a day its a extra 20 baht per bottle when you can go to 7-11 and get it a lot cheaper. walking to end of the road is kind of long too but thank god for the shuttle.

Free shuttle bus but hot water shower doesn't work
Out of 5 nights, 3 nights the hot water shower doesnt work. 2 nights the staff came to repair. Evening reception isnt helpful when i mention i have a young toddler who is nursing a flu n need warm shower. They refuse to give us a change of room either. Somehow, it seem they know of this issue as non of the staff was surprise when i mention our issues. Shuttle bus driver n day time reception was nice n helpful though.

Close to bars and pubs if that is your thing
Front desk hotel staff/receptionists are very helpful. Clean rooms and good location. Simplistic design aimed at comfort. Only issue I had was that me and my friends were charged excessive prices if we wanted to order beer from outside that gets delivered from us in the wee hours of the morning.

Great location, clean, new and honest staff
We have stayed here a few times and its great. We were upgraded when we were arrived and the staff were very friendly. They are also very honest and helpful, as we forgot our passports in the safe and when they realized they called to inform us and held onto it for us until we could come back and pick it up the next day. The location is great as it's in Ekkamai, and they have a shuttle to take you to the BTS if needed. We will definitely come back.

No frills!
When I checked in there were no towels in the bathroom so I called down to get towels because I had an appointment and had to take a shower. I took a shower and had to air dry because the towels never came. The kitchen has no towels so you have to go to use the bath towels. Internet is slow!

We booked 55 sqm. It was maller & Older than expected. It's kind of serviced apartment than hotel. Security guard should be trained more. Maintenance should be better. It's quite old, didn't seem like pictures shown. Door is still key system...

A little out of the way. Thirty minute walk to BTS. Very nice rooms except no hot water for shower. Told front desk and they said would send a technician to look into it. several days later still no hot water rooms are very comfortable. The hotel does offer free transportation to BTS and places between hotel and bts,

really mixed feelings...
before booking you have to be aware of the disadvantages. some were a real spoiler for me. many flaws could be rectified easily to improve the overall quality of the stay. unfortunately, i assume the hotel will just stay in business for some time until it is run down. it is already obvious that maintenance is not a specific focus point of the management/ owner. which is too bad as the ten aspira ekamai comes with some good dns...

An excellent modern hotel with great hospitality
There are plenty of good things about TEN Ekamai Suites by Aspira. To begin with, the room that I stayed in was spacious, very clean and modern, and equipped with almost everything from kitchen utensils & a microwave + small oven--to 2 TVs in each room (the living room & bedroom), lots of electricity outlets, a medium-sized table for dinning or work, lots of shelves, and a wonderful bathroom with a fabulous shower box, bathtub & ample amenities. I was glad to get upgraded to a superior suite--all this for B1,440 (no breakfast, of course)! The bed was big, clean and comfortable. Besides all this, the fitness and the small rooftop 'park' were great although the swimming pool was rather small and so I didn't use it. Since TEN was quite a way from Ekamai (about 800+ meters, I think, I did walk in the narrow soi on the way back from dinner--no pavement!), they had a nice free shuttle service every half an hour, stopping at 8 pm. The distance from Ekamai and the heavy evening congestion were all made up for by the great staff hospitality which I was much impressed, from the smiling & helpful front-desk staff to the two well-informed drivers, especially Mr. Sombat, who supervised the night shift. The shuttle could take you all the way to the BTS on Sukumvit Road or you could get off along the way, e.g. Health Land (in front of Ekamai 10!) and Big C Extra (a little further). The parking was adequate and safe, as well. I highly recommend TEN and would myself return here!

Great room and bed, challenging location
The room was good and the bed awesome. There were some troubles getting towels after they cleaned the rooms and if you want to swim in the morning you have to go down to the front desk first to get a towel. The main issue is the location is 15 min walk, and the shuttle bus does not run regularly. You basically have to call and chase them up which can be frustrating.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Highly recommend
Great place to stay, exactly whats in the pictures. Pool is small but good for relaxing, never busy. Gym small but convenient. Rooms very smart and always clean. Staff so nice and friendly, free coffee and tea at reception plus free shuttle service to the BTS or its a 15min walk. Would highly recommend.5min walk to 7/11,shops etc. Would of liked our own washing machine as laundry service abit expensive.
