You booked a room at our hotel for 3 nights during the peak period, approximately 1 week after check-out. We received a refund from hotel.com. The reason for the refund is that the property provided a room with no bathroom amenities, the elevator didn't work, the room was dirty, and the room smelled like smoke. Our hotel is a small hotel with 2 floors and no elevator. We have basic bathroom amenities in every room. There is a daily maid service. and all rooms are non-smoking rooms, Of course we decided not to refund for this case because the customer's claim is false. Which in our country we can take this matter into the legal process. because the hotel has evidence that the customer did not actually stay.
