The hotel was good but the dogs out in the street having fights overnight were unfortunate !

I sent a message requesting to just stay for 7 hours that was ignored. I arrived in the morning at 7am and left for the airport at 2pm. I was still charged ฿200 extra. The layout of the hotel is very inconvenient if you have a lot of baggage- the elevator is half a flight of stairs away from the room level. The main electrical outlet was broken. The restaurant was closed. Would not recommend.

Poor service.Hotel very dated.
Location was very bad as it was located in an industrial area. There are no shops nearby and if you want to go shopping or for a good meal you have to take a taxi to the mall or shopping centre.

Perfect for the low budget traveller
I live near Udon Thani. Whenever I have business in the King Kaew Road or transfer to Suvarnaphum airport I stay in this hotel. Excellent value for money if you don't need all the pomp of an international hotel - who needs a $100 room when all you want is somewhere to sleep?

The property was cheap and close to the airport. Breakfast was included. This is a no frills property. Ok for one night. They do serve decent food. It is not close to the city. It is close to the airport. I paid $25 a night. I had my own room and bathroom. I never did get the TV to work. There are some stores nearby you can walk to. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. The elevators don't go to the floors, but between floors. You have to carry your luggage up some stairs. If you're looking for cheap and convenient to the airport this is it. The bed was fine. If you want a long stay....probably not for you.

AC not working in the room and we asked to move to another room. Staff member was not happy with the request, but after traveling for 23 hours, we were exhausted and needed a room with AC. Staff reluctantly moved us to the room next door.

Not too bad. Use it regularly.
Used this place regularly when on business in the King Kaew Road or needing or arriving late at Suv or leaving from Suv early morning. OK for the SME business traveller on a small budget.

Great location close to the airport
We had a late arrival into Bkk and an early start to within Thailand. So.... It's all you need for a few hours sleep or stopover for a night if you DON'T want to wait at the airport for a connecting morning flight or bus to somewhere in Thailand.

Nice and cheap place to stay close to the airport
Had a short but nice stay here! The room is clean, a lot better than i expected compared with the money you pay. Staffs are nice and helpful! Recommended for a short stay while waiting for your flight! Taxing cost less than 100baht to the airport.

The advertised airport shuttle was unavailable and we could not get a quote on the price until we needed it, when suddenly it became available. The service was basic and the room was uninviting. The balcony door, which led to an accessible roof, didn't lock.

Orbitz encouraged us to get a hotel though this place because we got in so late and the place was pretty disappointing. Orbitz advertised that this was a hotel but it was in fact a hostel. There also wasn't someone available at the airport to pick us up when we arrived and when we called the place, the number was out of service

It was near by airport, from airport to this location paid 125 BTH, 15 minutes away, stay there only only one night, for $37 which I think was to expensive but was late at night and had to leave early morning. TV was not working but people in front desk wear nice, old hotel and lots is store near by open till late at night so that was good about it.

Check in Ok. First room still dirty from previous guest. This is only a short stay hotel as 5 minutes from airport. Second room Ok but had sharp edge on corner of bed base. Nice herb garden . Have to close bathroom sliding door to access light switch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member took time to show me the garden and explain the plants while tending her pet bunny, all before breakfast and the shuttle back to the airport was very handy. Very, very clean and pleasant room

The shuttle bus is not free, bathroom smells gross
The hotel is far from anything, even convenient stores. We chose it because we needed somewhere to shower before an evening flight and the hotel advertised free airport shuttle. THE SHUTTLE IS NOT FREE. The first room we were given did not even have a shower head, just a hose sticking out of the wall, AC didn’t work, fortunately we were given another room. The shower looks ok, but once wet there was an odor, like bin juice. Luckily it was just a place for us to shower before a flight. No big loss.

Great hotel for airport access
We stayed here because it was close to the airport for early morning flights. Stayed here two nights a week apart. Was clean, staff were very accommodating even at 4 am when we checked out. We had breakfast at the hotel our first stay and it was fine. Very convenient. Other than the bed being a bit hard the room was good. There's bottled water in the room and it's clean. Would definitely stay here again for the airport convenience.

Great place to stay after a long flight if you are on a budget. 200 baht for airport transportation you might as well get a taxi. The location is far away from the sights so we only stayed one night
