The staffs at the hotel ( front desk and security) are awesome and very friendly. Wifi is excellent. Safe box is small and not secured to the wall or the cabinet . My room did not have hot water, they couldn't fix it same day, I did not extend my stay, stayed only one night.

Great location in the center of Nana but unfortunately the property is run down by years of neglected on behalf of the buildings management and everything is outdated. Also bed sheets were very dirty had to ask the staff to change them 2 times before I could move in to my room. Opt in for the higher priced room for a chance at a clean bed sheets.

"I was a bit hesitant due to some mixed reviews, but I decided to take a chance. To my surprise, Omni Tower is an impressive 35-floor building. My room, situated in the middle, was spacious and clean. The location is central, right in the heart of Nana, with supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, and massages all within walking distance. The building itself has a convenient mini-mart and massage parlor. One of the highlights is the large swimming pool on the 8th floor and a decent gym. The rooms are well-maintained and come with high-speed internet. To put it into perspective, my room here was twice the size of a room in a five-star hotel I stayed in previously. The only drawback is that the building is a bit old, but it's impeccably maintained. With six elevators and 24-hour security, it's a great place to stay. Don't miss out on this excellent room at such an affordable price!"

The building and apartment are old and dated. The bed was hard as a rock slab, they provided only 2 regular drying towels, no hand towels and frequently encountered cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Amenities provided were the initial only, I had to buy my own shower body soap to augment during my stay. Finally the apartment did not come with a hair dryer, I had to request it. So overall all I can say is that it was OK. Wish I could be more positive, but.

no reception or front desk, no signs or posters or maps to pools or gym and imenities, room hair roaches bugs no welcome guest instructions for TV or internet, had to find 4 people to find pool when lady showed me her key and my key dont work..had to security guard to unlock at 7pm, Horrible experience just lowsy poor really bad Theres no excuse for no information no fliers or explanation of "this is not a hotel, its a apt rented out" bugs on the floor, cabinets, key dont work for pool, no contact person at all in hotel to ask or fix issues, the air conditioner filter horrible with dust and bugs, disgusting. The worst stay in Thailand by far
