4/10 Poor

Works for a stay to catch an early flight.
As in other reviews, the hotel was difficult to find. The locator from Hotels.com for Google maps was incorrect so we spent extra money on taxi trying to find it. The phone number on the Hotels.com reservation was also incorrect so we tried calling but there was no answer.
Once we found it we found staff that was helpful and they apologized for the inconvenience.
The rooms were small with a sliding glass door at the front that looked right across at the sliding glass door of another room. Curtains were adequate for privacy but not for cutting out light in the corridor and from the window. It was almost light enough to read when all of the room lights were off.
The bed was typical Asian hard so not great for those who like a little padding. The bathroom was small with the shower pointing directly at the toilet so there was little way to not have a very wet seat.
It was quiet enough that the air conditioner covered most outside noise. We were to only residents that night so don't know how it would be with more.
The breakfast was just toast, jam and coffee or tea. a bit disappointing at the price.
The shuttle service was adequate but only took you to the walkway by the Marriot so it was a bit of a jaunt to get to our counter but nothing that was unworkable. The shuttle works both ways if booked in advance. It would be difficult if you did not have a correct phone number which was not avaiable by internet.
Overall disappointing for us but it did works fora quick stay.
