Hotel is clean and well maintained but does not offer much dining options in the walkable area. Hotel staff are friendly however at check in the receptionist informs the hotel does not have such policy to upgrade Expedia VIP Platinum which is not true since it is a VIP Access hotel and clearly the hotel is not busy and definitely has rooms to accommodate the upgrade. Staff should be trained better.

We stayed here when they first opened and liked it. This stay the shower had mold in it. It wasn’t very clean. My wife and I had fond memories from before of the place but it will be our last stay. The staff though is excellent.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even help to heat up our food and plating it nicely even though it was 2am in the morning. Location is superb, very quiet and only 2 mins walk to MRT and 1 station away from BTS (directly to Terminal 21), 5 mins walk to 7eleven. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommended it :)

The hotel stay was pleasent. There is a MRT station Sirikit just outside the hotel. You need to buy a MRT card to travel 1 stop to Asoke Terminal 21/ Sukumvit interchange station, and then buy anothe BTS card to get to the main shopping area. There is a small shopping mall opposit the hotel with a Food Street, but the choice is limited. The Starbucks coffee machine is available at the hotel lobby and a 7-11 nearby. If u dont mind the need to transfer from MTR to BTS, is a good place to stay.

Our experience staying at the Modena was fantastic. The hotel offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. But what made it even more special was the people who worked there., particularly the concierge. He went above and beyond, giving us recommendations and was spot on every time. The rest of the staff was also very nice, professional, and helpful, but the concierge was outstanding!

If you’re looking for a place to rest your head at night with great amenities, attentive staff, and ease of access metro access, Modena is your place. I have zero complaints about this place, and the breakfast was great! With all hotels in big cities, I recommend requesting for a room on the high level (above level 8) in order to avoid any street noise that may leak in. We were on floor 10 and had no issue at all. There’s also a local street market across the street I recommend going to if you have the chance!

Great location for trade shows
Great location if attending trade shows. It's opposite the Convention Center and The Parc which has a great food court. If you are arriving by car, the entrance can be hard to find. There is a subway entrance just outside. The room was basic and clean, there's a gym and coin launderette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but I got an upset stomach from breakfast on the last day. It was a good stay overall except for breakfast on the last day.

Hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Queen Sirikit MRT station. Staff were great and helpful in assisting to get us a taxi from the roadside so we could wait in comfort at the lobby. Only pity was that i requested for a room upgrade with my VIP gold status, both times i was told no rooms were available as they were fully booked (but it is obviously not the case as there were still better rooms available on booking the sites.

Nearby Smelly canal and dirty market hotel
First night no tissue box replenishment, 2nd night no slipper, 3rd night again no tissue. Uncle at entrance given wrong info to guest. Sornthorn is a lousy restaurant, very messy dirty, stuffy environment, food not cook and lousy where vegetables smelt like Khlong Toei market. Made us vomit whole night. Location is not good when we walk to the back area where canal is smelly

Two nights in Bangkok
Good hotel in a quiet part of Bangkok. The staff was awesome and the property is well kept. The room was just ok. I would've liked the shower to be cleaner and be devoid of any mold, but what can you do.
