Except for 1 ride incident from the male staff in the fromt desk, overall its a good stay, anyway that incident however was erased by their friendly senior manager from the breakfast restaurant, where they offer a nice buffet breakfast as well

Good value for money
Rooms are sparse but clean. Bed is firm. AC works great. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of variety. Swimming pool and gym small but nice. I had a very quiet stay in tower 2 as I heard about big Chinese groups so asked for a room away from groups. My TV channels did not switch so beware no tv channels in English. Internet qorked great so i streamed. Not much in this area so not good for a tourist.

Clean simple hotel with good price for quick stopo
room is clean and comfortable. there is a small refridgerator and kettle. However no coffee cups or coffee or tea in room so bring your own. My shower showed signs of mold and an old bar of soap was left in shower. yuck. AC works great and bed is firm with nice duvet. I opted for breakfast included and since nothing closeby I'm glad i did. Good variety of food.....chinese, western, japanese sushi even. Breakfast is from 6am-10am and in a separate eating area from big chinese groups. I got tower 2 room 1016 and it was very quiet. There is a 711 out front door and an Italian restaurant as well but I did not try. Pool was nice and a small gym as well. Good for a quick stopover. I was picking up my son from camp and the drop off was in Bang Na so I opted for this hotel. I arrived BKK at 1130p and immigration line took over an hour but it took only 20 mins in public taxi and cost B480.

Pleasant yet affordable vacation
1) I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. 2) Breakfast was of good quality. 3) Quiet ambience is perfect for couples and for a friendly family retreat. 4) The staff was very friendly and kind in providing us with good services and care. Moreover, the price was relatively cheap. 5) I stayed in on a Sunday, which was very quiet and peaceful when relaxing beside the river. Weekdays are extremely quiet, and it's like having the entire resort for us. 6) The hotel was located beside the river and good lighting at the pier during the night. 7) For future guests, this is a perfect hotel if you have a car for transport convenience.

Disappointed again where the shower water is cold and not warm. Imagine taking a cold bath in an Air con room. Hope the management will look into the matter with urgency
