I always stay here when I'm in Bangkok. The staff is exceptionally warm and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is superb. It usually costs about 500 Baht to taxi to the hotel, that includes the tolls.

The property is in ideal location close to the night scene but far away from the noise its literally 2 min to soi 4 where all the action is i have already stay at this hotel 5 times this year from the time you arrive the door staff greets you with a smile and welcome you check in always a breeze fang and every staff at check in desk are equally excellent i wish i can mention everyone by name stayed on the 26 floor this time in deluxe suite smoking room but always smell fresh house keeper is fantastic at the hotel you will always receive good service/food/polite staff/good housekeeping/everything you need to to have a great holiday clean room powerful shower and good tasty food at on site restaurant and very good room rates i will continue to stay here this is 5 star service for 3 star prize anyone travelling to sukhumvit bkk give them a try you will not regret it

Great location
Hotel is just off Sukhumvit road, close to trains, Nana plaza, Art Box night market, lots of food, shopping, etc. Also, opt in to have breakfast included in your stay - the buffet has convenient hours and great multinational selection of food. The service was great all around. The hotel is older, but clean and well kept. I wish the kitchen was renovated in our room and we bought air fresheners to dull the lingering smell of something likely related to old age. Updated elevators and key card access.

We really felt the property didn’t deserve 5*. The room was in dire need of a refurb. We paid for a kingsize bed and when we arrived in our room we had two twins. Reception sent housekeeping to our room and they pushed the two singles together and swapped the duvet. The duvet was then too small and didn’t even reach the sides of the bed. The pool area was also disappointing - didn’t look as though it had been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was okay. Would definitely not return.

The hotel s all suites so that’s nice but it’s on the border of the red light district. If you walk the other way it’s really nice unfortunately we didn’t know this the first night and ended up in a seedy area

This is my fourth trip already at this hotel this year as i travelled every month to bankok from london london mostly for business this hotel is better than most in bkk i have this hotel in the top 5 in sukumvit the good thing about it even you book a smoking room the smell os so fresh not like other hotels in bankok on this trip again i arrive about 11:30 am and was greeted by a different staff name mimi who was great like every other time with other staff i ask if i could get a room early as cane back from pattaya afyer a long drive again i book a deluxe room and was going to get another upgraded for free but i ask for any room that was ready and got a deluxe room on 27 floor i again was really impress good size room shower always the best i ever get some fruits complements of the hotel also i would like to add when i book my 2 rooms this month I mistakenly book none smoking when i realise i send a mail to the hotel and ask if i can change to smoking within 2 hours i get a response saying the will accommodate me also i had sunday seafood buffet with 50%discount for guest thats was great lobster cook perfectly always great food choice and taste always spot on chefs were very attentive and professional waiters great service anyone looking for a great holiday in Bangkok start by booking this hotel you will not regret it so far afyer 4 trups this year there is nothing negative about this hotel front deskstaff/chefs/housekeeping/waiter's/information desk and taxi guys thank you

This is my already my third trip for this year the housekeeping really does a great job here spotless clean bo smell of smoke on the smoking rooms check in is always a breeze onces again was check in by fang i was greeted my name also the guys at the door where you can book taxi and get information from are great always greets you with a smile the shower very powerful and hot water is great book a deluxe room this time and got a free upgrade to a 1 bed flat lots of space on the 34 floor lots of elevators so no long waiting free arrival drink arrive at 8am and got the room by 10 am thats was lovely as after a long trip from london just need to get some sleep staff was really really great breakfast lots and lots of option and food the best in bkk

I have been coming to bkk for 20 years and stayed at another hotel nearby and somebody recommended to give Grand Sukumvit a try. So glad I did. My check in was quicker, room is huge, clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good and multiple varieties. The value is amazing for the cost. Will be coming back. Thank you.

Pros location, safety and walking distance to train station and restaurants and massages. Great location. Cons only 2 and that is breakfast buffet (which has a good choice of food), there’s a long waiting line daily as there’s not enough tables and chairs to accommodate guests which is really annoying. And the 2nd one is lifts to rooms. Only 3 lifts to accommodate 35 floors of guests room and when they are running in full capacity, the wait is longer. Other then that, it’s a good hotel for a holiday.

Breakfast was great, room was very good. The building is starting to look a little tired in places, but overall would definitely stay again. Staff were wonderful, helpful and very welcoming. Very, very comfortable bed also! The hotel is far enough from the main road so it is quiet, but only a close walk to the nearby Soi's and Nana BTS. The surrounding area is a bit shady at night time (not child friendly) but I always felt safe.
