The resort is beautiful. I stayed for only a few hours before catching my flight back home. We wanted somewhere to unwind for a bit, freshen up and use the pool. There’s a 7Eleven about less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel for all your essentials. There’s also a street-side food stall along the way to 7Eleven.

I was asked to provide a deposit for room incidentals charges which I put on my Amex non-issue but upon receiving my room key x1 I asked for a second key for my wife and I was then asked for another 200 bath fornthebolastic key extra. I was surprised and asked why the incident deposit was not used to charge me if I did not return the plastic room keys. No answer a smile and a manager said it was ok, no need for extra. Very confusing and never faced this double security deposit! All good but very annoying checking in the process with that last request!

Super affordable and luxurious too! Room was palatial but the air con was very weak, and it was about 37 degrees so the heat crept in quite easily. Not far from the airport - definitely recommend booking the shuttle to and from the airport (for free!). We ventured into Bangkok which was about an hour in the taxi - if you’re up for an adventure get the metro home to the airport and then taxi from there. Food was amazing, and very fresh. Gym was very versatile and cold too - which is a big bonus. Lots of amenities you could get lost.

This was the longest distance I've ever walked with luggage from the lobby to the room. The shower didn't drain properly, and the electronic key didn't work; I waited 20 minutes for it to be fixed, and they didn't offer an alternative room. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes, and the traffic was horrible on the way to the airport.

Not a 5 star hotel. Not as close to airport as you think - 25 mins. Checkin took 15 minutes - at the counter. Room okay but full of mosquitos. Gardens terrible. Pool awesome.

Comfortable room. Great pool area. Food in the restaurant was expensive but only average. Service was friendly but not very good. For example, at our table of two, I received my meal over 5 minutes before my wife. Even though it’s identified as a hotel close to the airport, it routinely takes 40 minutes to get there due to traffic. I would not stay there again.

I enjoyed the dining options, the on site amenities such as gym, spa, the pool with the swim up bar, 24 hour room service, live music, etc. The staff was amazing. Everything you’d expect from Thailand. The location isn’t convenient, or close to the airport. It’s a 15min drive without traffic and up to 30 minutes with traffic. Taxi access is plentiful, but this location is far from the train to Bangkok which would have been convenient. The facility itself is nice. There are some small touches in the room like exposed glue, chipped funiture, broken handles that are noticeable. I love that a toothbrush and toothpaste and Q-tips were provided as these are small touches many forget. All in all, a great stay. I likely won’t stay here again because of location alone. Bangkok is a really impacted city and I personally like access to public transit that can bypass normal motor traffic.

We only stayed there for 1 night, however there were a lot of aunts in the counter and bathroom toilets were not clean. They had huge brown sports all over.

Amazingly quiet for an airport hotel. Kind helpful staff. Beautiful spa. Room comfortable but getting a little old. Needed a bit of repair work. Beautiful, relaxing pool.

To get a taxi there it takes 90 minutes and 3000 baht a lot of money and inconvenient unless you fly from that airport nearby

This hotel looks amazing online but in person it is sub par. They make everything look fancy but then don’t clean the rooms to a pristine level. They have a big restaurant that also looks fancy but don’t employ enough staff for it. Our server was running back and forth trying to serve way too many people with many being very rude to him. There were loud rude Chinese tourists everywhere. Acting entitled to treat the staff like servants. The rooms were okay to sleep in but were not very clean. The floor was very dirty and the shower needed scrubbed. The rug was stained too and looked dirty. A hotel of this standard needs to be attentive to details like this. The AC unit in the room was very loud. Overall the staff were really kind people and didn’t have enough help in my opinion. If you don’t mind rude loud Chinese tourists and sub par cleanliness this is the place for you. Also it’s not close to the airport as advertised. It was really a 30 min drive to the middle of no where with an hour drive in traffic to get to the airport the next day.

Not much around, farther from airport and shopping than I had wished. At checkin only one room key is given, so I had to go back later and request a second key to my room, one for me and one for my wife. They wanted a CASH deposit, of $200 baht, which is not much money, but incredibly dumb and inconvenient. I asked them to simply bill my room for a second key, one has to be used for electricity as well so if you had two in room you NEED two keys, they couldn’t….ok so I’m an American and use to simple requests like this to be handled and it was not. Something so dumb kind of ruined my impression of a nice property. There is no shopping or restaurants near however so you are reliant on hotel for both. For a convention or meeting great spot, for a tourist on the last leg of their trip, not so much
