Good but no cigar
Sadly the hotel appears to have taken a step backwards. The toilet was running all night and despite telling the staff it remained like that for two more nights. Food was not as good as the last visit (i would call it average) but the cost was noticably higher. Bed not very comfortable and pillows that make your head sweat coupled with an oddly working A/C made for uncomfortable nights. Very limited outside parking facilities as huge car park next door is being worked on. Cannot in all honesty recomment this place.

The hotel didnt reserve us a room, we had to wait for an hour😶 The other day, they send a bottle of wine and fruits for our honey moon and the manager apologized for the inconvenience.

Love this place!
I absolutely love this hotel. It’s an older building but, they do an amazing job at the upkeep. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The pool is nothing spectacular, but the gym is great for any kind of workout you want. Their breakfast buffet is hot and fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced. And I can’t forget the spa! It’s a little pricey for Bangkok, but it’s clean and comfortable and massage. Therapists are amazing!

What was really unique about the property was location. location, and location. If you have any business with the Thai government, in my case Thai Immigration, you are in close walking distance of all Government offices! My assessment of the hotel is prefect! The only negative is we had to leave.

This is a quality property. Check-in was very efficient, the room was spacious and comfortable and everything worked well. I particularly noted the uniformly high standard of service amongst all the staff, including the check-in staff, back office management, dining room staff and even the shuttle bus driver.

NO HOT WATER - NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
nice place - no hot water...they did not care...for double the price of every other place...they should have conpensated us...we arrived at 11pm and checked out at 6am...what a waste of money.

Great hotel near immigration!
This hotel is a jem! It is nestled amongst government buildings and just a short ride to immigration. Staff are great. We were actually upgraded to a suite. Food is also very good. If you have never stayed there give it a try. You will not be disappointed. Great location Great rooms Great staff Very quiet location also

Just in overnight on my way elsewhere. Close to rental car location. When I checked in the staff upgraded me free to a newly remodeled suite, but I needed two beds for my stay. The room was older and could be remodeled. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Staff was eager to help. Near by conference area had shopping and food court nearby.

Great business / overnight hotel for airport
Very comfy hotel, great staff. Perfect location for the DMK airport but not great for sightseeing etc. I was there for one night between flights and it was the perfect location. Really nice clean, comfy, smart hotel. Great wifi. The buffet breakfast was amazing!

Quiet, out of the way (taxi didn't know where it was), and a no service hotel - no food, drink or room service after 10 pm. Big room and lots of space but dated and in need of a refresh. The most disappointing minibar I have ever had - two sodas and two boxes of fruit juice.

Excellent and well located
Some taxi drivers do not know how to get to the hotel but once you're there, it is very comfortable, no traffic noise, and excellent food in the restaurant.

Nice room, but not bathroom
Everything in the hotel look new. Not many staff to help our group while we arrived. The room is nice, but the bathroom looks old.
