Super little hotel. 10 mins walk to the SkyTrain then you can go wherever you like. I wouldn't say there's much going on in the area itself but I knew that before booking. Really nice place, staff and food.

Excellent service from A-Z. Great value, with or without the complimentary breakfast. I'm a stickler for cleanliness so as with most places, stuck drains and cockroaches are usual fare, but don't let that detract you from how great this place is. Two thumbs up!

Staff (esp Khun Wisanu) is friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. 7-Eleven nearby. Very convenient. Abit too far from the nearest train station but manageable.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel. I recommend it and probably come back again soon. Great for a stay over between Don Mueang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Near by the legendary Chatuchak Weekend Market.

Très bon accueil, équipe au petit soin et serviable. Encore merci pour votre aide. Appartement de 110m2 spacieux et bien climatisé avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Petit bémol: les lits sont trop durs et il manque un tankerville pour sécher les vêtements

Very cute hotel. My fiancée and I just stayed a night before more traveling but it had her spicy noodles and my beer a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast from the attached restaurant in the morning. And we bought a couple sweet keychains from the lobby.

Good stay at Boutique Poo-Yai Lee
Hotel was located near the Chatuchak weekend market. The room was spacious. However, the ventilation of the room toilet can be improved as there was a stale smell whenever we use the restroom. Staff are friendly and helpful, with the cafe opposite the hotel serving good thai food as well.

One night stay for personal DLT business
I stayed one night for an early morning DLT visit. The DLT office is a 5 minute walk away. Also very convenient to MRT Chatuchak and BTS Mochit. Clean and comfortable with nice bathroom and bed.

In the interest of fair warning, if you are going to stay at this hotel through June 30, 2019, be aware it is under renovation. Some days, that just meant saws, drills, hammers, and construction glue. Several days, however, they were using pneumatic drills and sledge hammers; the entire building shook and it sounded like we were going to have a structural failure. I was there for three weeks and had prepaid. It was not so fun. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very well kept. But, I did go through a week where my room wasn't cleaned; at one point that went on for four days. The wifi was solid. The room was huge. I'm not a fan of A/C but you could make it arctic if that's what you want. If you're from the U.S., know that they have Asian style beds, which are rock hard. It made me long for my sleeping bag and Thermarest. The hotel is indeed close to Chatuchak Market, two BTS stations, and a MRT station. However, there is nowhere to eat nearby, except for the Poo Yai Ma Cafe, which is very mediocre. Late at night, taxis and Grab did not want to take me back so far north.

Cute Hotel in a convenient location
Boutique Poo-Yai Ma has a warm, friendly staff and very clean, spacious rooms. We had a very early arrival, but we were able to store our luggage for 7 hours before checking in. We had hoped for a late checkout for an extra fee, but the hotel was fully booked, but were able to store our luggage again. The location is close to both Mo Chit and Saphan Khwai stations, Chatuchak Weekend Market. The only downsides are a hard mattress, no bathroom counter, towel racks or hooks, no safe, and no luggage racks. We would stay here again.

Stay, eat, sleep and drink.
Lovely place and quiet if not for the morning rush hour. The staff can and make attempt to communicate so be patient with them. The Japanese restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, and we byo at no charge. Further down walking 8mins towards Jatujak, there's a sundries and noodle shop. Must try the pork noodle soup, it's delicious and soup is boiling hot, very suitable to our palate with the fresh basil leaves free to add in. I will definitely stay there if I will visit BKK again.

Lovely Rooms Close to Night Markets and Subway
Room was amazing, super modern, brand new, and huge! Balcony had view of the river and some city view. 15 min walk to JJ Green Night and Chatuchak Weekend Market, 10 min to Mo Chit metro station for easy access to airport skyrail or other parts of the city. Breakfast was ok, I stuck with the box of cornflakes and a Nescafe if that tells you anything (but I'm picky and a vegetarian if that says even more). On a busy street, but totally walkable to the next street with a sidewalk. We were just there for a night to go to the market and airport in the morning so it was fine. The park is on the way to the markets and it is lovely! Great for a run, stroll, picnic, or use the various workout machines and get fit with the locals. I would stay here again!

The hotel didn't have my reservation info when we arrived. The receptionist requested me to email the booking confirmation email from hotels.com. But I refused to let them have my personal info about booking except for booking number. Other things about the hotel was not too bad. This hotel does not provide breakfast service.

1泊7,000円程度だが、室内は素足で歩けるほど清潔だった。清掃の様子を見てみると、スタッフは室内では靴を脱ぎ、床の水拭きもしている様子だった。 どんな良いホテルでも経年変化により水回りにカビが生えていることも多いが、こちらのホテルは水回りも際まで綺麗だった。 排水が夜間〜早朝にやや臭う、枕が高すぎて使い物にならないが、それがあってもまた泊まりたいと思うホテル。

Erneut gebucht weil gut 😃
Nachdem wir in diesem Hotel bereits drei Wochen zuvor zwei Nächte verbracht hatten haben wir uns dazu entschieden erneut zu buchen weil wir sehr zufrieden waren mit dem Service und der Lage. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zur BTS und über diese kann auch der Airport Rail Link gut erreicht werden. Wir hatten erneut ein großzügiges Zimmer, jedoch war dort das WLAN eher bescheiden. Diese Erfahrung hatten wir zuvor nicht gemacht. Generell war der zweite Aufenthalt wieder als gut zu bezeichnen.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Nettes Hotel in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße in der Nähe des Chatuchak Marktes. Die Anreise per BTS war aufgrund der schlechten Straßen beschwerlich mit dem Gepäck. Zu einem Uber / Taxi ist zu raten. Wir hatten ein großzügiges, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Zuvorkommendes Personal und frisch zubereitetes Thai Essen.

酒店房間很大，乾淨企理，服務員友善，有lift，價錢優惠還包早餐，性價比高。酒店隔離有7-11，能步行到BTS/MRT，去翟道翟只需步行5分鐘，搭機場巴士去DMK只要20分鐘，非常方便，下次還會選擇入住
