In the interest of fair warning, if you are going to stay at this hotel through June 30, 2019, be aware it is under renovation. Some days, that just meant saws, drills, hammers, and construction glue. Several days, however, they were using pneumatic drills and sledge hammers; the entire building shook and it sounded like we were going to have a structural failure. I was there for three weeks and had prepaid. It was not so fun.
The staff is friendly and the hotel is very well kept. But, I did go through a week where my room wasn't cleaned; at one point that went on for four days. The wifi was solid. The room was huge. I'm not a fan of A/C but you could make it arctic if that's what you want. If you're from the U.S., know that they have Asian style beds, which are rock hard. It made me long for my sleeping bag and Thermarest.
The hotel is indeed close to Chatuchak Market, two BTS stations, and a MRT station. However, there is nowhere to eat nearby, except for the Poo Yai Ma Cafe, which is very mediocre. Late at night, taxis and Grab did not want to take me back so far north.
