I stayed 3 days in the hotel and found it to an incredibly relaxing visit. A sea of calm in the busy area of Bangkok. Surrounded by wonderful eateries and bustling nightclubs. Walked 5 mins up the street and did some nice tailored suit shopping. I have already booked my return stay and I look forward to seeing the awesome staff again. I well earned mark of praise to the concierge staff. As the first and last face you see , it is always with a smile and an earnest greeting/farewell.

A long wait for check-in 15 minutes I ask the guy on the door I had a private check-in in the lounge he said no, only here, the girl checked me in and then wanted me to go to the lounge to check in which I didn't as I wanted to get to my room.. Large clean room l, very comfortable bed great view The bath kept spitting out leaves when jets come on, area around the bath in front of the window is all marble with s small step not too good with wet feet.. Nice pool area small and no towel card so customer takes makny towels and puts on pools beds and shade beds 2 people 4 sun beds.. I'm the lounge only a cake and coffee tea for afternoon , evening you get a two teird bird cage of cheese plate, mini burger, skewers wasn't bad but poor service, slow and no atmosphere..This is the first hotel in Thailand where I think the staff have not been that friendly and eager to help for the price, there are much better hotels nearby the Mercure next door excellent lounge and staff... But the location is great aswell

The location was great nearby the NANA station exit 3. Just took few minutes that we could arrive the hotel. However, it was quite noisy outside during bed time. Still highly recommend because it was so convenient.

Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean. Close to transportation (MRT) and easy to get about. Food Drink and Entertainment on the door step with Soi Cowboy and Nana plaza 5 to10 minutes walk from the hotel. This is my second stay at the Aira Hotel and will not be the last.

This hotel is in prime location for nightlife, street vendors, dining options. The hotel is immaculate and staff there are excellent. Had 2 different rooms there and both were amazing. The pool area is also amazing with great views

Special thanks to Mr. Tawan from concierge for making it easy for us. From arranging our ride and helping us with our tour. Which we didn’t have enough time so he suggested something different which works for us. I appreciate it Mr. Tawan and his team Mr. Big and Mr. John. Also our housekeeper who made our room. We were surprise because the room was extra special with some balloons and flowers which we didn’t request. We appreciate it.

Great location and nice room. The bed was comfy and ac worked very well. The lights in the room were very confusing - had to hit nearly half the switches to figure out how to get the bathroom lights on. The shower came with body gel and shampoo, but no conditioner, another peeve of mine. overall great hotel, in a good location with a nice outdoor pool. The breakfast was delicious too. Lastly, the fact that there's a starbucks in the lobby was a big fan fav. highly recommend.

The hotel is 5min walk from Nana Station and there are many restaurants, shops and bars around it. The hotel staff are friendly and proactive in their service despite the high traffic during the Lunar New Year period. I had an interconnecting rooms for my family and they were clean with white marblled floorings that looked classy. My family is very happy with Aira overall. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great stay for us after returning to BKK since pre-COVID.

New property conveniently located. Starbucks on the same premises. Lots of food place- pubs - clubs minutes walking distance. Very accommodating staff working in all different departments. Good breakfast selection and Som the manager was very hospitable. Overall definitely will stay again

This hotel is centrally located and has everything you need for a good stay including a great pool. gym and a fantastic breakfast buffet. I travel a lot for business and this place was both affordable and professional and courteous staff. I'd stay again.
