I would like to give a 2 thumbs up for fhe entire servicing team in Farfield Belitung. Their service is superb and exceed my expectation. The whole team are so attentive to detail and provide us an excellent services during our stay. I definitely will go back to Farfield Belitung.

Upon check-in we realize that the booking we made changed without our acknowledgement and it made our stay unhappy. understand it is not the hotel fault but this has made our stay unpleasant. there are a few place hotel can improve in future. 1. we stay for a total of 4 nights. housekeeping clean up our room however they did not clean the floor, change the bedsheet and toiletries was not fill everyday. 2. we ordered room services. Generally comfortable & clean. Breakfast is ok too. Just a few steps away to Pantai Tanjung Pendam (Note: Cost IDR3,000 to access to the beach). About 10mins walk to Satam Square.
