"Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits. "The whole process for this place is stupid. Cash only deposit, wont give change for deposit. Rude staff, the rooms are so dirty. Area not much to do. "

"The staff were kind and polite…very professional. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasant. The carpets throughout the hotel were dull and dirty looking. Outside of our door the window was very damaged and raggedy; it needs to be replaced. The room service staff failed to bring us our order; they later stated our food was sent to the wrong room. Our restroom door had splintered wood and my finger got caught on it…thankfully I was not injured. They did not stock our room with a sufficient amount of toilet paper for a family of three for a three day stay. "

"The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough. No bugs except after rain you will see a cockroach or two in the room. Transportation: if you don't have your own vehicle, you will need GRAB or MAXIM. MAXIM isn't the best so in Bangi, GRAB is better to have. OK, good luck finding the room/front desk. Better to go into the mall. They have to do a better job with directions to the place to stay. There are three names to the hotel. Trial and error. Minor problem if any. I had to ask Orbitz. Get a receipt for your deposit because, no disrespect meant, when you ask for a receipt, get one. I was put off three times over three weeks. Make sure you know what you are to pay because I was asked to pay more AFTER my internet stopped functioning and was lied to when three different people from staff said that it would be paid but it seemed as if it was stopped after 10 days because the manager found out that I had paid a good price that they placed in Orbitz so it's BAD BUSINESS asking paid customers to pay more, as if the internet isnt an amenity advertised. I wouldn't return."
