"Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay. "

"Wonderful homestay in peaceful setting We booked two bamboo huts at Cast Away for our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality from Panit and his parents was very special. You can see that the family really care about their guests. Three home cooked meals were provided as part of the (inexpensive) room rate, and the food was simply outstanding! So much delicious Thai food! We felt very welcome. We wish we stayed longer, and next time we will. It was fun to hire cycles and explore...

10/10 Excellent

"Fee accommodation is really well laid out in the staff is super friendly and helpful. There was a workshop in the lobby where we learned to make Thai desserts the first day. The pool is wonderful and long enough to do laps. The location is good if you want to be near the central mall, which had great dining options, however it’s about a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride to the island where most of the ruins are. It was quieter, but then you had to take a taxi or grab to the ruins. So it depends on what you’re looking for. But the hotel was incredibly comfortable, which was very much appreciated since we had long days out and about."

"Very clean room. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, mostly Asian breakfast which is as it should be. Shower was tepid which may have been my fault, and bed was very hard, not unusual in Asia. Air con was great and very easy access to DMK airport."

"The breakfast was good and adequate selection. The room was clean and I had a good rest. My only issue was that I was charged when I asked for ice in the room for a pain in my neck due to an accident I had on my third day there and had muscle spasm. They gave me a bucket when I needed only a few to put in a plastic bag to make into an ice pack. The hotel should have an ice pack as first aid kit."

"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this."
