"This is an absolutely beautiful location within the island of koh mak. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The lady at reception (i forgot to ask her name ...sorry) was very funny and made us laugh lots throughout our stay. She helped us with any requests that we had. Also the food and drinks in the restaurant was delicious. The sunrise is a beautiful sight from the pier. It is such a peaceful and calm environment . I highly recommend this resort to anyone . "The hotel was right next to the beach with the ability to kayak to other islands directly opposite. The hotel staffs were very friendly and spoke fluent English. There are a selection of shops and restaurant within walking distance. The only annoying thing I found is after every housekeeping, mosquitos often find their way into the room."

"We loved Mam. Fabulous pool with the most amazing view. Staff were friendly. Beach area is small but fine as we went in low season so not busy. Area is quiet. Breakfast was fine, not the most amazing we’ve had but ample. Only slight negative is that we are 3 people and the beds were pushed together so someone had to sleep on the join which wasn’t so comfortable but it did refer to this in the booking so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall very good value for money and I would recommend. "

"There is a reason privacy of resort has that name, it is in a quiet part of the quiet side of Koh Chang. If you want to stay somewhere lively, with nearby bars restaurants and tattoo parlours, stay on the west side. Privacy is family-run, six very pleasant bungalows around a lovely swimming pool, all set in a beautifully garden.
