Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Literally smelt like human s_ _ t. No running water from the taps in the room. Ant and cockroach infestation obviouse in the room. Toilet was obviously not clean from the prior guest. Area was close to the bus station but not much else there.
