Room is spacious & clean. Food at the restaurant was delicious especially the Australian Steak. However, the WiFi in the room did not work during our 5 days stay. This is our only complaint. Otherwise, it’s an ideal place to stay. Superb location & service

枕头不舒服，厕所隔间墙缝全是污垢 地点不错周边有小餐厅，早餐还可以食物，只是卫生不达标沙拉青菜全是小小蚊子在飞（住三天每天都看见同样的东西） 这价格还算可以

Ambience and layout of the interiors are excellent. One flaw is that there is no ramp up to the lift landing from the hotel lobby though. Thus, this will inconvenient guests who are on wheelchair ♿ or with disabilities.

First night, my room has power failure around 1am while we were sleeping. No lights and aircon due to power outage. It took the staff almost half an hour to rectify the electricity back. Front desk staff is not very informative. She didn't even know how to assist with airport shuttle enquiry.

Clean and comfortable
Good value for the price we paid. Offers free wifi and cable channel. In house restaurant serves delicious quality meals and drinks, great for coffee lovers. Quiet location and shopping is within walking distance.

Nice hotel in a good location
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, place was lovely, location was great. Only gripe was the room was a little dark and the pillow was too thick for me. Would nonetheless stay here again if I were to return!

Nice cost hotel
Nice hotel with a respectable cafe for its class. Hotel staff were very helpful at all times. No complaints on the location as it was close to everything you would want to do in Bandung.

Nice modern and clean hotel at a good price. Helpful staff. We appreciated that hot water in the shower came instantly. There's a good cafe at the hotel It didn't bother us, but, it may be a challenge for the physically handicapped because the access to the Lift lobby is via a short flight of staircase.

Good Place to Stay
The stay was nice and recommended place to stay. Minus was Poor WiFi connection. Almost can not use WiFi during my 2 night stay. Plus : Premium Bedding makes a good night sleep

The hotel is at first glance, not that impressive. However, once you come inside, it is clean, well appointed and the staff are attentive to your needs.

A Lovely, Friendly Hotel
A nice, small, quaint hotel with exceptionally good service from the hotel staff - courteous, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The atmosphere of the hotel and the surroundings were cosy and clean. The location of the hotel is good too, and convenient - a short distance to stores, restaurants, shops, food stalls, etc. are all nearby and within walking distance. Breakfast was good, though not much of a variety, but they do serve good coffee! The rooms were neat and spacious enough. However, the housekeeping needs to improve on its cleanliness, otherwise it doesn’t warrant the award given to its cleanliness! The bed sheet that I slept on (Room 217) was stained and one of my friends’ beds (Room 108) was even worse – blood stains can be seen on the sheet and mattress! The bath towels should be bleached or replaced as most of it have already turned from white to blackish. Despite the little setback in the room, overall it was a good and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budgeted trip.

An excellent choice in Bandung
This is a very modern, well run hotel in an excellent location in Bandung. The hotel breakfast buffet is excellent with a good selection of local and Indonesian food and the coffee is delicious. Rooms are well sized and very comfortable and quiet.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. Though the hotel is small, it has all the basic amenities and services needed. Other pluses include the good location in quiet neighbourhood, but within close proximity to many eateries, malls and shops.

Great location
Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms and good free wifi connection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast which comes free with room is a good spread for a small boutique hotel and they take the trouble to change the menu every day. Location is right where the Jl Riau shopping belt is yet it is nicely tucked in a quiet side street so that cuts out the noise from the nightmarish traffic that is Bandung. Lots of shopping and cafes, eateries within walking distance. Only peeve I had was the thinness of the walls and ceiling. You could hear your neighbors in the next room talking and every night we had baby elephants stomping overhead, running, jumping and making a lot of noise. We took a family room for 4 and a deluxe room for 2.

Awesome Hotel
We enjoy our stay at this hotel. We are welcoming with tea and the sleeping on the goose feather bed is awesome.The place for Shopping and eating is just near and around Jalan Riau. Also got SPA and 'Hijab Story' boutiques near the hotel for Muslimah wear. I will come here again for next visit to Bandung.

Cosy Clean And Nice Hotel
The staff are very helpful in providing us a map and where to eat and where to shop around this area. Room are very clean and the cafe is amazing not in just the cosy deco but also the coffee is amazing. Will definitely come back again to Ivory Hotel soon :)
