The hotel was modern which meant the rooms were compact, particularly the bathrooms. It's starting to feel a little dated, but is okay. Staff were very friendly, but this is Indonesia so you'd expect nothing less

Super Hotel
Had a great stay in this hotel. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was modern and spacious. My favourite part was breakfast where chefs, Pak Mulus and Pak Adhi made a number of custom made local dishes for me to try on top of the buffet which was available to all. The dishes were delicious.

I stayed for 3 nights on business trip and I can easily said that they have fulfilled my needs during my stay - fast internet connection, fast in room dining service. Plenty of breakfast choices and good coffee make my morning great. I would recommend this hotel for those who wants to visit Bandung. I will definitely come back here for my next visit.

Extremely terrible!
This is the worst experience ever stay at 4/5 stars hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights ( 2 room ) with my family. Feeling uncomfortable and not enjoyable! We were so tired and we wanted to take a good rest before shower. I found out that the tiles in the shower box were terribly disgusting. Also the drain looks terrible!!!! Both room are the same disgusting especially the bathroom! I don’t think the cleaner really do their job. Gosh! Even beside the sink were dirty from the previous tenant before me. I reported to the concierge and show them the pictures I took. They were surprised and offers me another room. I checked 2 room before I move in, I found out the cleanness of the bathroom were the same as before. I complained again to the Assistant Manager name xxx (forgot her name) and she then offered me another room and I think is ok until I moved in. I found out the floor was dusty, I wasn’t notice at the first place until my shirt felt on the floor! Beside the sink were dirty. The lamp were dusty! The bathroom wise were clean then the 4 rooms I have seen! For the service was excellent. The bathroom need to be renew if you still want to get it runs. And of course the cleanness of the entire room especially the bathroom! I also attach some pictures of the bathroom and other part of the room!

Overrated Score Hotel
Score 9,2 is overrated. The room is small when consider the Courtyard Marriot name. But service by the staff is reflecting Courtyard Marriot class. When you visit this hotel, bring cabin size luggage. More than that, You have to take turn between opening the luggage or opening your bathroom door. Ironing board placement is odd and not fit the spot. The TV entertainment is not Smart TV nor HD quality, so unable to watch Netflix. The bathroom towel is aging and gray not balance with the luxury Kohler closet equipment.

Marriott does not lie
Well, you can trust Marriott. I used to stay in this property when it has not been managed by Marriott. It was good but was not excellent. But now the building has been fully remodelled. This is arguably the best hotel you can stay in Dago area. One can be improved is the drop-off and parking area. It needs more space to avoid crowded.

Reception hotel staff are friendly and approachable but theee us a lobby lounge staff who is new and young fresh from senior high schooll or tertiary.. I wanted to use my credit card to pay but he keep saying that need pin number. I explained that it is not a debit card. I don't blame the new staff but I think he is not well trained. I ibserved that he has to keep walking to & fro from lobby lounge to the main cafe. So I followed him and asked the supervisor in-chargexat cafe cashier on the concern. The supervisor is a man in late 40s who seems not too friendly and quite slow in keying the bill into system. He said the credit card payment is not integrated with cafe cashier system..I should have paid Cash instead of using my Citibank Credit Card. First time staying in Courtyard Marriott by Dago of which I think the service in Four Points by Sheraton are overall mucy better, their staff are Competent and Knowledgeable.

Lipstick stain in a cup while breakfast
We expect the hotel are amazing coz under Marriott name but unfortunatelly not. Swimming pool area is not big and supposed to be non smoking area coz a lot of kids there but we found an old man was smoking while sitting with his maybe 4 yrs old boy and also after check-out waiting our taxi to come, we saw a group of man standing outside exactly in front of exit door, almost block the exit. We was hoping that they will be gone while our taxi come and good thing they move only 3m to the right. Well at least we can walk to our taxi even we still can smell the smoke. The worst is on breakfast, we asked for the tea for my husband and me, and later when my husband abt want to drink, he saw lipstick stain in the cup then i checked my cup, i saw coffee stain outside the glass and i wipe it out, it washed out so our conclusion that they didnt wash and clean the cup. We call them and complained. They give us new different cup but we already not in good mood. Others are just ok good. Worst hotel ever and dont think we ever come back again!

Security is tight which is good. The room (1417) I stayed is newly renovated, but unable to use the handheld shower head (no water flowing out), therefore only can use the rain shower head. Not able to access to my room on the last day before check out time, even after the reception hand over me a new card.

Nice place in the middle of town
The hotel near the shopping & public centre in the city. Overall services was nice. Pool & fitness centre are available. I got an upgrade room type from premier to suite due to non smooking room availability for free. It such a very pleasure service to stay in that such room.

I had a wonderful stay experience with Courtyard marriott. I will definitely come back to stay again. The staffs are friendly and hardworking. I stayed there for more than 1 week and they never missed a single day of do housekeeping for my room. The location is just perfect for business trip or travelling because it is located at the center of Bandung city.
