"This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. Dinner and breakfast in the cafe/restauarnt was very good - maybe the best ‘Sri Lanka Curry and rice’ I had during my touring holiday. All the staff were really friendly and happy to carry my bags up the couple of flight of stairs. All in all, a good hotel and would recommend "

"spotless rooms, comfortable bed, really helpful and friendly staff with good breakfasts. be aware the hotel is at the top of quite a steep hill, we enjoyed the walking but maybe consider using a tuktuk if you're not a fan! overall this was probably the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka"
