Good Stay
Friendly staff, comfortable room, however very basic breakfast, Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Complimentary pick up and drop of from and to the airport. Very very friendly staff.

What this property lack in amenities and ambience, transport service compensated. Free shuttle from the airport and to major sites around. That made it very convenient for 1st time visitors like us.

Nice but basic hotel. Great location for walking into town, safe, and clean. Has a free shuttle to touristy locations, as well as airport pick up/drop off. This place is not fancy, but for what it is where it is, it’s very good.

Best thing was the availability of a free shuttle to go to many of the attractions in Brunei. Unfortunately I would have to say the worst part was the food options at the hotel and very limited options close to the hotel.

Good value for the room. The free shuttle to the main tourist sites and to the airport is the best! Thank you for that wonderful service. Most tourist spots walkable from hotel including a neaby park where we did a hike and saw a bunch of macaque monkeys. Breakfast included was ok bit did lack variety after 3 days. We got to use the pool behind the hotel for $1. That was a bonus. Bed a little hard but manageable. Would reccommend.

Convenient, complimentary airport transfer, back and forth. Great staff. Nice room with an average bed. Not great for sleeping. Even though there are blackout curtains, the room brightens up in the early morning due to a translucent bathroom door. The traffic nearby is very loud during the day, it quiets down at night, but it starts again very early in the morning. The breakfast was cold.

You get what you pay for
This was a cheap hotel, but it was decent. Room is very simple, not very big. Breakfast is also very simple. But for the price, I think it was a good deal. No regrets

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus is a bonus to see the city. Breakfast is good and substantial. The room i had was quiet, clean and comfortable. The only minus is the TV was not working properly

The public smoking area need to be relocate to further far South side. It's currently located on the corner walking path to the resisdence building and you can smell the 2nd hand smoke while you passby there with smokers.

Great Budget hotel with free airport shuttle
The airport shuttle was great! They also have a loop for the main sights around town. Both are free! The breakfast was subpar, but it’s free and the room was $50 a night so it is expected. The bed was very hard but I still slept fine. The water pressure in the shower was incredible! I want to take that home with me!

The staffs are all very friendly. We were checked in by Ling and she answered all our questions. Arif picked us up from the airport. And we love the complimentary airport pickup and we also used the free shuttle to visit Gadong Night Market. The day time receptionist, Mei, answered all our questions and gave us some suggestions as well.

I won’t recommend staying here
stayed here for 4 nights and definitely won’t be back again. First, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. We found a dead cockroach in our bedroom and bathroom was very smiley during all our staying. Secondly, having the shuttle bus service is nice but our shuttles to and from the AIRPORT were significantly delayed. Especially the drop off shuttle was delayed for more than half an hour (after I’ve confirmed with the front desk many times the day before), at the end we have to rush to the airport by Dart and very worry we won’t be able to catch the flight.

Excellent free shuttle services for airport and sightseeing transfers, we treasure their transportation arrangement in a place like Brunei that extensive walking is a must!

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, well run, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is good for the buffet breakfast, if a bit limited for other meals.

Superb Hotel
Conveniently located at Bandar Seri Begawan, This hotel is very close to a lot of places including shopping centers, restaurants and The King's Palace etc. Stayed here for 2 nights and had planned to go to Labuan Federal Territory (Malaysia) but since Serasa Ferry Terminal was a bit far away was thinking of cancelling but thanks to the shuttle service and with a very low fare was able to book my trip without any worries. Was picked up right on time and dropped off back to the hotel right on time. Breakfast was great no doubt and with the price I paid for the hotel, it was no doubt a great deal. Lovely staff and nice shuttle drivers. Would not hesitate to rebook this hotel if I return to Brunei Darussalam. Great country as well!

I liked that the place is in a quiet , clean place. The place looked very new. It could have been perfect if they have black-out curtains. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Best is the shuttle service is free.
