Staff was great… room wise could do some improvement as it feels rundown. Toilet was small. When check in and gone to the said level the lights on the floor were off… had to turn on our mobile phone lights to get to the our room.

Had a great and affordable stay. The staff were extremely accommodating even though I don't speak Japanese.
