It is situated in peaceful surroundings, the gardens are calming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff were generous and hospitable. It’s a short ride from the city (easily accessible via the Grab app) and far away enough to experience the tranquility of the hills in Chiang Mai. Great food and service. "Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire à l’hôtel Sala Lanna de Chiang Mai. Si seulement nous pouvions y revenir plus souvent (mais cela fait un peu loin depuis Paris !). Le personnel était souriant, attentionné, prévenant avec notre enfant. "The hotel and spa delivers excellent service an amenities, I felt well looked after and cared for my entire visit, especially by the security and concierges who made sure I was safe entering and exiting the building and always had a positive attitude towards my stay! The room is nice, I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and took great use of the large bath. The complimentary water was also very much appreciated! Overall I think the hotel is nice and worth a visit :)"

"วันนั้นจองรร.ผ่าน hotels.com ไปเปนห้องแบบดีลักส์ แต่พอไปถึงโรงแรม เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่า ห้องพักเต็มเลยอัพเกรดห้องให้เป็นแบบวิลล่า โดยไม่คิดเงินเพิ่ม ^^ คือดีมาก ห้องสะอาด วิวสวนสวยดี แต่อาหารเช้าธรรมดามากไปสำหรับห้องที่ราคา 3000บาท+(ราคาปกติแบบไม่มีส่วนลด) ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่ควรปรับปรุงอาหารเช้านิดนึงค่ะ"
