"I was welcomed at the gate by the owner and her sweet dog. I immediately knew I had chosen the right place. My room was lovely with a beautiful view. It was clean and inviting. The owner gave me all kinds of information on places to go for food, temples, massage, markets-any questions I had, she knew exactly how to direct me. Very nurturing. It felt like we were family. "Service at Veranda was great, and the facilities were nice. The resort is lush with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, I felt that the pool and restaurant could do without charging for necessities like drinking water—most resorts provide it complimentary, especially since there’s already plenty in the rooms. The service and communication were excellent, but the rooms felt a bit dated. Breakfast was mediocre, but the lovely ambiance made up for it. Overall, it was still a nice stay"
