Room on the small side but that’s standard for Hanoi due to narrow building codes.
Anna and her staff was amazing. Multiple times we have gone to her for tour, eat and shopping recommendations. All were good. Some were great b/c they were not touristy places but frequented by locals. Highly recommended and will booked again next time I go Hanoi.

Excellent staff and excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast. Older hotel with nice roof top pool and bar. Great view. Location very central in the old quarter. Staff were the highlight.

"A very special place.Exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Getting there is a pain but once there magical. Left to spend more time in SaPa. Should have done the reverse. The weekday restaurant hostess was a special person. Competant engaging fluentand delightful."

"The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go.
