Arrivo alle 23.30 senza aver ricevuto nessuna informazione da parte della struttura su quale codice usare. Nei giorni precedenti ho chiamato, scritto e lasciato un messaggio in segreteria, nessuna risposta. Quindi la prima notte non sapendo come entrare ho dovuto prendere last minute un altro hotel.
