All the reception, kitchen and room staff are very professional and very welcoming. Everything is clean, in a classic Afro Style and the hotel is very secure 24/7. I recommand this Hotel in ACI 2000 Bamako.

Surpris de constater à mon arrivé à AZALAÏ Hôtel Bamako que ma réservation faite à travers Hôtels.com et payée, facture à l’appuie n’a pas été prise en compte. J’ai été obligé de payer à nouveau le séjour à l’hôtel. Espérant que Hotels.com me restituera mon dû. La réclamation a été faite dès mon arrivé à l’hôtel et est toujours en cour de traitement. Pour un habitué de hôtels.com je tiens quand même à exprimer ma grande désolation.
