"Beautiful views and fresh air. Helium was a fantastic host, always polite and ready to help us however we needed. House was clean and bedroom was as described. Our flight was late in the evening so we were allowed to stay an extra 6 hours and Helium even went to collect some food. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. We loved it here and plan to return. "This was the perfect resort to stay in post our Everest Base Camp trek. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was hot. We received excellent service from the restaurant staff, the spa services were high quality and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. All in all we loved our stay at the Terraces and would recommend this as a great get-away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu / Thamel. Note that the road to the resort is steep and windy and I would recommend booking the transfer...

"Enjoyed my stay from beginning to end! Staff were friendly--offering tea or coffee on arrival and making good recommendations for hiking. The multi-level balconies really can't be beat for comfort and great mountain views. Rooms were cozy, with a good heating system and the soft fleece blankets were a nice touch. My only (minor) complaint was that the bathroom was a bit chilly on a cold January day, but that didn't take away from an overall great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"It was a wonderful experience staying at K2 homes .Starting with the room , it was clean and adequate, fully equipped with all the cooking facilities.The staff were also very helpful and it's location is ideal as it is in close proximity with the tourists attractions "
