"Incredibly disappointed. This is not a Four Seasons. The level of care, standards and service are not even remotely to the Four Seasons reputation. I repeat this is not the Four Seasons in other locations. Almost no service at the pool, no one greeting at reception and the organization surrounding the 250th fireworks was awful. "This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive. Mr. Calvin, Miles, Alex, Valencia, Cynthia and all others treated us like family. I heartily recommend The Ivy to any and all who will listen."

"Beautiful location. It’s in the heart of Columbia but tucked away perfectly for a nice retreat. Right by a nice trail. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Pool closes kind of early so make sure you pay attention to the time. Restaurant was worth every penny. Beds were nice. Loved the personalized touch with the tv having my name on it."

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."

"The barn doors were dirty with a lot of finger prints. That is the only unliked observation. Love this hotel and will recommend and hope to return. Best thing was Altmens deli across street and hotel restaurant."
