Great Hotel Inspite Of Its Surrondings But IsbIs Baltimore. Dirty Outside And Felt A Litlle Unsafe And Parkes At The Horseshoe Caaino For Better Security For My Car. The Hotel Room Waa Quit Cozzy Tho And The Staff Was Very Friendly. For The Price In The City, It Waa A Great Deal.

The area is traumatizing full of homeless and junk people. The smell in the street is awful. There is not housekeeping in this hotel. The noise is serious. The bathroom does not have an extractor and as result there was a huge accumulation of mold in it. I didn't have toilet paper in my room. The staff barely spoke to me and they were not approachable. Awful place!

Roach motel! This property is disgusting & located in the ‘hood! Everything is filthy, has a terrible odor & no customer service. We had to move rooms because our original room had no air conditioner and the tv didn’t work (when we arrived the first room had both windows up on an 85 degree day, assuming to attempt to air out the funky smell that permeated the entire building). Both rooms were terribly dirty (hadn’t even been vacuumed)- even the lampshades had stains on them! Then the second room we had to call for service 10 times (no one answering phone at desk) because our bathroom door was jammed shut upon our arrival! We only received one washcloth & hand towel for two guests. When we asked for more they were “out”. We had to park in a very sketchy lot up the street. The neighborhood is not safe at all- walking back from Camden Yards one evening we were taunted and leered at- we felt like sitting ducks as we were very obviously “tourists” in a neighborhood that was NOT “tour worthy”. We reached out to Wyndham customer service and they said that it was not their problem because this property was an “independently owned” franchise. Filthy, unsafe, staff did not care whatsoever about our experience. 0/10- by far the worst hotel experience of our lives!!

Room was clean but old. The shower tap was lose and the screws were stripped and they couldn't tighten it so basically it was a lesson in frustration to just get the shower temperature right. The breakfast... so we got up early so you would assume that everything was fresh. Nope the eggs and sausage were like rubber. So we decided to eat the prepackaged yogurt, turns out it expired on the 15th "we checked in on the 25th" and for our entire stay they never put out more yogurt. There was a waffle iron that they would leave the batter out and the smell would permeate the lobby and it would start to smell like rotten dough. The elevator had a permanent smell yet always slightly different but no less bad. The area, it was really close to the concert we were seeing and during the day it was nice. But at night we had tons of druggies heckling us on the way back from the concert. So, in the room (besides the shower) it was pleasant enough and the staff was all very polite and friendly but the rest was just a big no.

Didn’t realize the hotel was literally right in a very congested area. No parking lot for hotel so we had to walk a couple blocks with our bags. Room was extremely small but it was ok for a night. It seems like an old apartment building or something like that. Witnessed drug use outside of the hotel and in the area around the hotel. I have young children that were scared by the area. Restaurant Next door (Royal Menu) had pretty decent food. Only had 2 interactions with staff: check-in fella was nice and friendly. Kid working the desk at night didn’t speak aside to tell me it was $10 for the 4 cans of soda we grabbed. Overall, not a horrible stay but I would probably choose a more traditional and better located hotel in the future, especially with kids.

DO NOT STAY. DO NOT STAY JUST BECAUSE IT IS CHEAP AND WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BALLPARK. It is dangerous. Very close Lexington Market Station which has a history of violent crime and murders. Spend the extra money to stay closer to the harbor/ballpark. It is not worth risking your safety. You are at risk walking anywhere around the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Area is very sketchy. People in and around the property doing drugs/hallway smelled like weed when I stepped out of the elevator. No one was available to at the front desk to talk to/no one answers the phone. No wifi. None of the outlets in the room worked. I ended up leaving 30 minutes after check-in and booked a room elsewhere. They were unwilling to work with me to provide a refund.

Terrible mold smell everywhere, every corner is dirty, pillows are horrible, carpets are sticky, filthy dirty. Small cockroaches roaming around the room. Dining area is dirty, very disorganized. On my check out elevator broke and I have a recent knee injury, no one to call to help me bring my luggage down the lobby, managed to bring it myself and twisted my injured knee again. The worst hotel I ever stayed with.

The room i recieved had dog poop and the shower curtain was missing... Brought it to the attention of one of the staff members who said he would have a new roomnfor us whem we got back from work and there wasnt a room another staff member said they cleaned the poop but they only replaced the shower curtain... The poop was still there... I would like a refund

As we informed you at that time, it wasn't poop, it was chocolate stuck to the carpet. we tried cleaning during your stay, but carpet had to be washed.

I stayed here for a night with my husband. Its affordable and easily reachable to the inner harbour by 15 min in bus. Our room was small but had everything necessary. Breakfast was decent. The only complaint I had was that someone was very loud and knocking doors in the mid night.

When I got there front desk would refuse to check me in a few hours early even though there was a “early check in” option, ok fine. The worst part was knowing I was staying 2 nights in the hotel and on night 1 my key card didn’t work anymore. I go down to ask why and in the system I was “checked out early”. Which was not true, a complete nightmare. Never again. Never ever ever again.

Much smaller than expected, room was clean but there were water marks on the ceiling in the bedroom and the shower handle was broken so it was very difficult to get hot water. Ended up checking out a night early and cutting the trip short. Staff was nice and I was impressed with the one lady’s handling of another rude guest.

Friendly staff, but everything else was subpar
The neighborhood is not nice. We heard a gunshot in the night. The bathroom toilet was not clean and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and dangling by a cord from the wall. The breakfast was not good. The milk was slightly soured, the bread was hard and the plastic wear was very flimsy. And each time I needed a napkin I had to open a new pack of plastic wear. But, and a BIG but. The staff at check-in (11pm) and that morning was very friendly and understanding when we asked for someone to clean the bathroom and then asked to check-out early the next morning and have our reservation cancelled. Your staff's friendliness and hospitality is your only saving grace at this point.

Just a bad experience from the moment I checked there was some disgusting looking stuff on the counter as well as what looked like red wig hair. the desk guy was decent enough I guess if I had to say something nice it would be the bathroom was clean and decent in the room. Just not a good atmosphere really did not feel safe so we went to the concert and drove home lost a hundred bucks place is just dated and had a smell that was not great I would not recommend it to anyone honestly. my son actually said he would give me the hundred dollars and drive home to not stay there.

The lack of cleanliness was unreal. There was hair everywhere when we arrived, and a window was left open. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and most of the furniture had missing finishes. The linen were dingy yellow color, and there was no soap. I was asked to give a $25 cash deposit but not a credit card for incidentals. I have included a picture of their pillows.

Mr. Emmanuel as explained upon check in, there's no parking at the hotel, we are in the middle of Baltimore city so there are parking garages and metered parking. I will check the room that you were in and find out why those things were not there. We inspect rooms daily and replenish what people take away from the room on daily basis.

The wood in room had been chewed by a dog peices were missing off dresser, the room smelled of dog pee, i waited 2 and 1/2 days for toilet paper, lost power for 11 hours and i am handicapped, stuck on 2nd floor noone came to tell me anything with elevator not working or ask if needed help

Half of Baltimore city was out of power after 11 pm, there was only one lady at the desk. We do apologize for not checking up on you, but this is a hotel, and we do no disturb our guests

Front desk personal was great. The first room, the heater/ac was non operational and disgusting. They moved us to another room. This one was acceptable, but the outlets in the bathroom were non working. Also, scheduled room for 3 adults and had only coffee, towels for 1 person and no shampoo at all.

I've stayed here plenty of times but the last time I stayed here was the worst!! There was some young people staying across the hall from us and they must of partied too much because somebody got sick and the paramedics came but they were extremely noisy and slamming doors all night. When I called downstairs they just made excuses for them and didn't address the issue with them. And when my boyfriend looked out the door to see what was going on a young intoxicated girl said something smart and my boyfriend had to address her and when I went to the door I had to put her back into a child's place where she belonged. Never the less hopefully next time we won't have to experience that again

I spoke to my front desk staff and they informed me that while you were here, the room in front of you had a medical emergency and the emergency services were called. Front desk had explained that to you, and you were okay with that.
