Location was perfect for attending game at Camden Yards, exploring Inner Harbor and Fells Point. Staff was friendly, beds were super comfortable and shower pressure was great. The only problem we had was the air conditioner did not work well and the temperature hovered around 75. Maintenance did bring us a fan. It’s an older facility so ceiling is not attractive in some areas and there is a lack of convenience of outlets. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt and had an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. First, I called in advance to confirm the availability of electric car charging stations, and I was assured they had them. However, upon arrival three days later, I discovered that the garage was under construction and the chargers were unavailable. Why didn’t the staff inform me of this when I called? The service throughout our stay was abysmal. We were here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and she ended up waiting almost an hour at the bistro for a piece of premade key lime pie. That's just absurd. The front desk staff were inattentive; I requested a wine opener to be sent to our room and had to go fetch it myself. The morning of our departure, the hotel refused to extend our checkout by an hour despite being clearly understaffed. We waited over an hour in line at the hotel restaurant just to sit down for breakfast. Half the tables were empty, yet the service was excruciatingly slow. I have stayed at Hyatts all over the world, and this has by far been my worst experience. The room was also in deplorable condition. The shower was riddled with mold, and the toilet looked like it belonged in a local ballpark. For such an expensive place, the overall experience was shockingly poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
