The hotel was nice and well kept. Breakfast was pretty good too. The check in staff could have been more friendly. They seemed put out that I checked in in-person rather than using the app. The other thing, and it may have just been my room, it was a rainy night and I was kept up my the constant dripping fo do something onto the outside AC/heat unit. I can be a light sleeper.

Meghan provided me with a smile, warm greeting and EXCEPTIONAL service during my stay! She was very friendly, helpful and checked on me and my family to make sure we were comfortable. We had a nice stay, no issues. But I want to share what another guest had to deal with. When we were checking in, a woman was in front of us, complaining to the front desk. Apparently her heat wasn't working correctly. It was blowing out close to 90 degrees and she couldn't shut it off. Front desk told her they didn't have maintenance on site and were trying to get someone but it would take some time. She said she had asthma and couldn't stay in that room and then asked if she could be moved to another room but the hotel was fully booked. The Front desk also seemed unsure as to whether maintenance could fix the issue or even if they would show up. She was told to wait while we were checked in. Unsure as to whether her issue was resolved.

Hotel is a great place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, casino and live music. Fourth stay in the past five months. I cruise and the hotel is 14 minutes to the pier.

Most of the visit was very good - however, we were not notified that parking at the facility is no longer free. It seems as if paying for a place to stay should include the parking. Thanks.

The sheets didn’t fit the bed. Arriving back to our room at 2:00am only to have to go to the front desk get new sheets and then remake the bed with sheets that still did not fit the bed. . . The sheets kept popping off the mattress. Then starting at 9:00am housekeeping kept trying to open our door even after we told them multiple times we didn’t want to be disturbed. There was no Do not disturb sign provided.

I stayed for a weekend. It's literally right next to the mall, I enjoyed that. The furniture was a bit out dated and old looking, but other than that, no issues. It was nice.

Had a great stay with my son. Nice view on the 5th floor with lights from the casino building. Breakfast was tasteful. Try the steel cut oatmeal with the candied walnuts. Love the 24hr hot coffee station.

Hallway was quiet but the HVAC in the room was not. It kept switching between AC and heat and made a loud noise when turning on that woke me multiple times - not the best with an early morning. Area around it was not nice, too crazy with a casino and hard to get around.
