"The room itself was lovely but the staff was either overwhelmed or didn't care. The room was booked for 3 but had only been prepared for 2. We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. "We were staying at this hotel during our stay in Dublin with my son April 17-20th . I was travelling with no expectations at all. I would like to say that thank you to the entire hotel’s staff, because of their hospitality our stay was great. Room was big and clean. The only thing that was missing in the rooms was probably the mini fridge, us, Canadian and USA travellers are used to have a fridge in the room. Other than that our stay was great at Metro . The Airport shuttle is a great bonus 👍"
