"Great location with lovely lounge area. Beds were really comfortable and good shower. Staff could have helped with directions and even when checking in did not direct us how to get to rooms and hotel is a bit of a maize! Will stay again but staff need unskilled as customer service basic at best."

"Hotel was ideally situated for our needs and we were very comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. The room is very basic but the beds were comfortable and we slept well. The building is spotless and all the staff we spoke to were exceptionally helpful and polite. The cost was extremely competitive for city centre location. Only downside was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but could be purchased downstairs. Breakfast was continental style and although there was a good selection, I did feel it was slightly overpriced. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again for an overnighter in the city centre"
