"This was a new hotel with very nice rooms. It was next to an apartment the had children and pets / which a little dog barked a lot But no fault of the. Hotel. The staff was helpful Was close to bus stops and a few places to eat. They said in their description it was 15 min to airport although it wasn’t. We traveled at different times of the day and neither was that short. And this sounds silly….But the pillows were great!! We booked through a 3rd party and so breakfast was extra. I mention this because I didn’t realize you give up several things by not booking direct. Not just this hotel but others too!!! "

"Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Devitt’s is a 2 minute walk and their roast is to die for! Dave at the front desk was an exceptional host. We stayed in the townhouse side which has been newly renovated. Starting with the pros: -Bed is plush and amazing! Pillows are firm. -Everything is clean and new quiet location. -The restaurant at the hotel is great! The views are amazing and the drinks are delicious. Cons: -No safe -We had to call for an iron -The bathroom door is a barn door. Hard to shut and not as isolated as a regular door. Looks like they just need to fix it because it’s smaller than the frame, giving you no privacy. -The shower has very little pressure and a bit odd placement. Water runs everywhere because there is no seal on the door. -No outlets at all in bathroom. I had to do my hair in a separate spot. However, my husband liked that so that he could get in n out of the bathroom easily. We would stay here again due to the bed, staff and location. "

"The room was a good size and had a nice city view. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and a good value with your stay. Walking distance to both shopping and some delicious pub food. Only downside is if you have a rental car be prepared to park at the parkade in the mall that is a 7-10 min walk away. Staff were great holding our luggage while we grabbed our car so we weren’t rolling our bags through the streets of Dublin."
