"We arrived very late at night and the building seemed deserted. The entrance was chained and locked shut and after several minutes of ringing the bell, calling the listed number and shouting up the stairwell, we still were unable to get in. Fortunately our Uber driver was very helpful and woke up a neighbor who somehow got ahold of the proprietor who said they had fallen asleep. Wonderful hotel!
"This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The communication from the staff was so swift and efficient with Mr Adnan Asaz responding to my emails a few weeks prior to our visit with astonishing alacrity. A pick-up from the airport was waiting for us on arrival in Kolkata and on reaching the hotel many of the staff were there to great us including general manager Natasha. What a friendly hotel!"
