Stopped switching on Toilet light at night not to lose sleep. Shower room has steam. While this was superb, it was really hit and miss to turn on. Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"The hotel is lovely in a peaceful setting of the mountains. It had a restaurant and bar, but only offered breakfast and drinks, which stopped after 8 p.m. We had to find a shop and buy whatever food we could, for a meal."

We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."
