"Ok for a convenient stay quite a business corporate feel to the hotel"

"We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel staff was very nice and caring. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained overall, although we had a small issue of water accumulation in the sink which was later fixed with some delay. The restaurant offers good breakfast. Would certainly recommend booking with breakfast included. The hotel is in a quite area and close to attractions. We enjoyed staying in a room overlooking the Shannon river. Only downside is there are no places for eating or...

"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks."

"Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way. We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating."
