"Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so helpful and looked after us so well. Especially the lovely lady who looked after us each morning at breakfast. We were sad saying goodbye to her on our last morning. We loved our room and treated ourselves to room service one of the nights and that was top marks. We ate in the bar another night and down in the Cottage too, couldn’t fault any of them. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the temperature of the pool. Okay for us adults...

"We were a bit concerned when we arrived. The receptionist was not terribly friendly nor welcoming. We wondered if we were at the wrong place. We deposited our bags in the room and headed to the dining room. We were greeted by Haley, who made up for the initial greeting we received. She was lovely and so friendly.
