"I wouldn’t go to all inclusive to Greece again, maybe just with breakfast included for convenience, because the food outside in the restaurants is muuuch much much better and that’s one of the ways to experience Greece. The quality was ok, but nothing compared to traditional amazing flavours in the restaurants. Also the prices of food in the restaurants is very reasonable, 40-65eur for 2 people you fill your tummies :)"

Zimmer & Ausstattung: Der Minimalismus ist extrem: Es gibt keinen Schrank (nur 6 Bügel). Das Waschbecken ist zugleich Küchenspüle (Spülzeug muss man besorgen). Steckdosen fehlen. Die Betten sind angenehm hart. Die handwerkliche Qualität ist mäßig (Fliesen), Zimmertüren schließen nur mit viel Schwung. Klima & Sanitär: In unserem Zimmer tropft die Klimaanlage...

"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"The food was awesome and the variety was excellent. The staff was always willing to help with all our needs. Entertainment was also very good. The room was big with a beautiful view."

"The main advantage is that the hotel sits right next to a spacious beach with plenty of sunbeds. The food quality was excellent, but it lacked variety. We were there for over a week and found that our meal choices were similar, especially for breakfast. The dining hosts were friendly, but on some days the same or different hosts lacked warmth and didn't feel welcoming. The waiting staff were amazing and very friendly, although one gentleman was quite rude when we chose a certain spot to sit and pointed us to other available tables (without considering that it was easier for us to be seated in a quiet spot with fewer distractions for our daughter). Our room had air conditioning, but it was consistently set to a fan setting and didn't cool the room. When we questioned this at reception, they said they had changed the settings so it wouldn't cool in all guest rooms given the time of year (so all settings for every guest had to be the same and not separate, which is strange, as everyone should be able to adjust their A/C individually as they find suitable for them). The reception staff then said they would change the settings back after back-and-forth calls with the Director. For all-inclusive, note that top-brand drinks are not included as "all-inclusive" drinks, which was very disappointing. A special shout-out to the security lady on the beach who was so friendly and welcoming every time we saw her. She was so accommodating, and made the effort to say hello to our daughter."

From arrival to checkout, the staff make every effort to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Their genuine hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction really set this property apart. "Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower,and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October 12 th pool temperature was 15 degrees Celsius-that is absolutely ridiculous…please invest some money for your pool heating,so guests,who paid for 5 star hotel can enjoy it …"

"We booked a room at the last minute. There will a little mix up upon arrival but the hotel upgraded us and bought us dinner to compensate us. Honestly, there was no need. The hotel was fabulous and the staff could not have been friendlier. The beach area was perfect and exactly what we wanted during our time in Greece. Rethymno is a lovely town and not nearly as busy as Chania, which made a huge difference. We would definitely go back to this hotel."
