"The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was large and bright, very clean and attractively appointed. The street in front of the hotel was always extremely dirty with trash and the walking surfaces are in extremely bad condition. The hotel staff is excellent and attentive, the breakfast service was generous and of a high quality. Everyone was very gracious. I would say the only down side was perhaps the large tour groups that congested the lobby."

This hotel, combines charm, comfort, and convenience in the way that makes it a standout choice for anybody visiting Palermo. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this hotel deserves special mention. The location is another major plus: Nestled within 20 to 30 minutes, walking distance from the city center and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel it offers easy access to all that Palmero has to offer while still providing a calm and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. We opted to park at this facility, which was a great convenience for us, considering we had lots of luggage and we weren’t sure where to park. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, particularly Eleonora, for their invaluable assistance. Her exceptional contributions have left an indelible mark on this establishment, enhancing, it’s overall ambience and providing a truly exceptional experience. If we are ever to return to Palermo we will certainly make it a point to stay here again. "

"Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions."
