Bed was very hard and springy. The AC/heating unit was obnoxiously loud and dirty, and was blowing black specs onto the bed. The bed sheets had stains and holes. The carpet had many holes and stains.

Ftont desk was great and very friendly . Hotel room was clean , but there was only 2 towels for a family a 5 staying . Also the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty.
