In itself a very nice hotel. We arrived too late to use the wellness, but we trust that that was all in order, because the hotel really breathed that atmosphere. A pity that the staff was hardly able to speak English. It is really a shame that it is not possible to make your own coffee and tea in your room.

nice clean room , dinner needs improvement
the hotel was exeptionally clean . The spa service very good . Very good breakfast . The dinner not so good ,cold meat soup , main course plain and very small portion , not many options in the buffet . Theu charge you for plain tap water . For a 220 dollar for night a little annoying .

Nice & clean, quiet area. Good service at breakfast & dinner. Short distance to restaurants (5mins) 15 mins to center & shops. Lovely walk with park on one side & lake Balaton on the other side. Public car park next to hotel costs only Ft 400 a day.

This hotel is truly a luxurious experience. You will have access to multiple of saunas, steaming room, indoor and outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and many water jets. It is a full SPA where you can also book massages. This beats any Turkish bath. The breakfast and dinner options were superb and the staff is very friendly. Parking is available plenty right adjacent to the hotel for free as well as for a fee $10 / day if you prefer to stay on hotel property. The promenade and beach is just a 2 minute walk away, but yet you are in a very quite and relaxing area. Absolutely a must if you in the area.

A small hotel with excellent food and spa
Excellent facilities both in th spa area and the outside pool. Very comfortable spaciest outside. The food is outstanding, both breakfast and dinner,, the service is also excellent. The bread rooms are good, the servicing is ok we told. Them our bathroom light would not turn off but nothing was done and we had to take he card out at night to make it go off, this let it down slightly as a hotel although I must say we did still love it, we were just disappointed nothing was done and we had to use our mobile phone torches during the night. Very convenient for the lake. Spa treatment was incredible and the best masssage I have ever had.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Delicious dinner. Location is just perfect. Not too laud and busy still close to the promenade where a high quality cafe bar is also located. We visited Balatonfured at autumn time which was a perfect idea. Yellow trees, nice weather, calm still not abandoned area. We had a wanderful, relaxing holiday.

Nice hotel, terrible customer service
They dont accept kids even though they let you book a room having a kid there. They wanted me to cancel my booking as their Hotels.com setting was incorrect allowing me the booking for a sub 1 year kid. After 14 days I had to contact hotels.com and arrange the cancellation myself. Joke.

Lovely new hotel in a great location. Room was fabulous. My rate included dinner which was nice. Breakfast was also nice. The only 2 things I would mention is the same staff served dinner who had to be back in for breakfast so they werent the happiest people, and closed the bar early. The other is the cost for drinks. London prices in Hungary - not acceptable.

Very nice hotel with nice facilities. The restaurant food was lovely and was included in the price of our room so it was very convenient. The pool and steam room is an excellent retreat after a long day of touring lake Balaton.

Összeségében a szállodában töltött időnk kellemes volt, de nagy hiányosságok voltak és olyan kellemetlenségek merültek fel amit azt gondolom, hogy ebben az ár kategóriában, négy csillagos szállás nem egedhet meg magának. Amikor megérkeztünk a recepción közölték, hogy nincsen londiner. A fürdőszobában a tükör feletti fal tiszta pókhálós volt az ágy hajas ami ott tartózkodásuk alatt sem tűnt el. Sőt a három nap alatt egyszer nem takarították ki a szobát, amikor ezt szóvá tettük, azt ígérték, hogy ki fognak takarítani de csak tiszta törölközőt kaptunk, valós takarítás nem történt. A szobában ki volt téve két kancsó szűrt víz és a mellette lévő táblára azt volt írva, hogy minden nap újra lesz töltve. Ez egyszer sem történt meg a három nap alatt. Minden utazási oldalon az szerepel, hogy fél panziós ellátás van, de valójában valami hibrid ellátás kaptunk, nem volt svédasztal, ami egyenesen felháborító ennyi pénzért, hogy a vacsorához egy korty vizet nem adtak (ingyen) ilyen félpanziós ellátást még nem tapasztaltam, ahol egy üdítő sincs benne a fogyasztásban. A medencéket nem fűtőtték fel tisztesegesen, az úszómedence és a jahuzzi is kifejezetten hideg volt. Az egyik medence meg teljesen le volt engedve és nem lehetett haszbalni.Lehet ezzel spóroltak. Az infra szauna szintén nem működött teljesen. Ami számomra hatalmas csalódás, hogy ráadásul felnőtt szállodában miért nem lehet teljesen meztelenül szaunázni, lenne mint tanulni az Osztrákoktól.

Leider schlechter geworden, Qualität hat etwas abgegeben: Service teilweise ungenügend. Sprudelbad ist nur noch teilweise wirklich in Betrieb, auch sehr schade. Das war eines unserer Lieblingshotels, wie schade.

This hotel used to be our favorite - but last time we visited, everything was less or much less looked after. They forgot to clean our room ... we had to complain. One can not turn on by oneself the pool jets/whirl jets in the inside pool; and nobody comes to do that. So you sit in the still water - this is not a good service. We hope it will improve - otherwise we have to consider another hotel at the Balaton, for next year.

Unter aller Sau von einen vier Sterne Hotel
Nur Probleme, Deutsche werden aus gelacht da wir kein Englisch können mit 70 Jahre und wurden beschimpft in Ungarisch sowie ausgelacht. Fernsehen konnte wir nicht da die Fernbedienung defekt wahren und wir kein Englisch konnten. Betten wurden nicht gemacht ,sowie Handtücher nicht gewechselt nur bei deutsche. Zweite und dritte Nacht hat es durch die Decke geregnet wurde mit dem Wischer abgewischt.Kein entgegen kommen mit der Rechnung bei der Abreise nur ausgelacht .Keine Speisekarte in deutsch und auf dem kleinen Zimmer. Essen mit ?Der Preis von 536,67 den ich bezahlt habe zu den vom Hotel mit 460,53 Euro? Kann ich auch nicht verstehen.Für uns war das kein Urlaub nur ein Horror. Rigtig gode dage, trods håndværkerstøj
Virkelig dejligt hotel. Meget service og lækker mad både morgen aften! Dog rendte der håndværkere rundt og monterede overdækning/ude, hvilket tog en del af luksus-fornemmelsen, da det var ude ved poolområdet, og hver dag fra 9-16 cirka.

Dieses Jahr nicht mehr so begeistert wie beim ersten Mal. Zimmerreinigung spät oder gar nicht, Aussicht auf Parkplatz im 1. OG auch nicht grad romantisch, und laute, schlechte Musik am Pool. Dennoch gutes Hotel.
