"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"Отель прокуренный. Здесь курят везде. Везде стоят пепельницы. Окна невозможно открыть. Проветрить невозможно. Из корридора пахнет ароматизаторами, которыми они пытаются забить запах сигарет. В ванной есть плесень. Номер большой. Мало розеток в комнате, сложно заряжать устройства. Прекрасный завтрак. Дают сотовый мед."

"The rating for this property on expedia is simply fake. Most probably resulting of Bangladeshi click farms, and bad expedia compliance. The pictures on the site do not do justice to the state of the facilities. Our room had 3 small windows but curtains for only 2. Safe did not open and worked erratically once taken care of by hotel staff. Safe is not attached to anything so you can pick it up and walk away with it. Breakfast was included but never delivered even if requested. When calling...

"I booked a double room with a king size bed,they give me a single room. Horrible facilities,everything is dirt inside the room. Shower doesn't work. When I did the check out they wanted charge me again because they not found my payment online. Completely a mess. It's not a HOTEL,is a flat and they rent the rooms."
