"A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). "Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. I ordered room service and...

"Sure, here's a revised version of your review: This is the first time in my life that I have hated a hotel. My negative experience began on the first day of my stay when I arrived at the hotel and tried to enter my room using a smart card. I had to try 10-15 times before it finally worked. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a wave of heat, and when I tried to turn on the AC, it was not working. When I went to the reception to complain, I was told that the hotel's main AC was only turned on...

Grand Hotel Europe
5.0 star property
6.8 out of 10, (3)
"Отель прокуренный. Здесь курят везде. Везде стоят пепельницы. Окна невозможно открыть. Проветрить невозможно. Из корридора пахнет ароматизаторами, которыми они пытаются забить запах сигарет. В ванной есть плесень. Номер большой. Мало розеток в комнате, сложно заряжать устройства. Прекрасный завтрак. Дают сотовый мед."
