Hilton in Baku is maybe the best hotel in the area.
Especialy during our stay 18-22.april.2024 we are very content from:
- beds in the room and cleanliness
- last two floors are magnificient
- personel - we'd like to mention especially:
1) "bell boy" name Azul/Azil ?- aged appr.50-54 years). He was very helpfull on transportation and in the hotel, full with info on the city, always very kind;
2) the waiter in executive floor - name Vugar-? very kind and full with attention the clients:
3) Emil Ibrahimov - guest relation - very helpfull and kind
4) same the young lady in Spa center - very helpfull and kind.
Hope we'll have the pleasure to visit again Baku and holel Hilton.

The front desk service was lacking warmth, hospitality and friendliness one would expect of a globally renowned hotel brand. We made a booking for a suite room through hotels.com and subsequently hotels.com assisted us to submit to the hotel a request for a change of name for the guest after realising the booking was made in my name instead of my husband. The change request was sent out more than 24 hours before the check in time; however the hotel front desk personnel and the manager on duty, Ravin insisted there was no email received and did not let the guest check in.

The price is high compared to hotels in Baku
The air conditioning is hot, and I spoke to them more than once, but to no avail
Room cleaning is not good
I booked a room with a sea view, and they gave me a room with a view that was not good at all. It had a very partial view of the sea.

Service was amazing. Food in the Sky Grill was excellent. Service from Murad in the Sky Grill was above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I return to Baku I will definitely stay here again.

The room service is bad
Price of their food is very high compairing with other five stars hotel
They I excpect better service with the price I paid, Holiday inn is better than them million times

The personal doesn’t act like they are in Hilton. They resize to give me a room even tou I already paid for it and it was middle of the night . I was left out without any help. Embarrassed from of my guests. I want my money back for the room that I did not stayed !!!

Amazing hotel and especially clean Excellent service of all staff from the hotel manager to the maid Wonderful breakfast The restaurant and bar on the top floor are very enjoyable Great location on the promenade close to all sites

👍Spacious rooms great location walking distance from every thing clean rooms
👎terrible reception calling many times for questions already answered
Terrible house keeping forgetting many items taking towels not putting new every day calling room service to tell them wat is missing in room every single day , after th pandemic the hotel is different
