I could write an essay... The staff was lovely. The pool and hot tub was great besides the semi trucks picking up the debris from renovations. Stacks of toilets and bathtubs and mattress outside the window hot tub area.
I was informed that there are renovations happening. The front disk clerk told me and I choose to have a room on the first floor because she told me they don't have rooms that have been renovated and have bathtubs.
The front desk check in also said it would not be happening until after 8. The work started before 7.
It was very very loud and it doesn't feel appropriate that our room should have been rented. Even the fact that I requested a bathtub.
Maybe we could have been in another room?
