Safe pot because the whole property is gated in, you have to use your room key! Convenient spot and very low prices if you give reviews. Easy parking for you to view your car from your room.

The staff were top notch. Room was in decent shape. Good location re food options and highway access. But it appears Bakersfield is housing homeless at this hotel as well as others in the area. Shady characters in the parking lot at all times of day coming going hanging out. Trash and busted up cars in lot and in surrounding area. Cars coming and going at all hours. I could tell they were trying to keep the lot cleaned up I wouldn’t recommend for a family or anyone concerned for safety if they are alone. But I would likely stay there again if it was significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Bedbugs. That’s all. Hotels.com and Motel 6 have bad customer service. Left early and they wont refund me for the night I didn’t stay.

It was filthy!! I stayed two nights in two separate rooms and the white sheets were badly stained, burn marks all over the old furniture, and mold in all corners of the bathrooms. The first night I asked the housekeeper (she was very polite) for another sheet and that sheet also had brown stains all over it so I brought in my own blanket and slept on it. Unfortunately I had to stay another night and the second room was WORSE!! I was there 30 minutes and was so grossed out by the room, bathroom and bed that I left and slept in my car! Definitely the tweaker spot..
