"I hadn’t realized before booking that the Hyatt Ziva’s beach isn’t swimmable, and I felt a little disappointed leading up to our trip because that was something I’d been looking forward to. But the moment we arrived, all of that melted away. The property is absolutely stunning and truly takes your breath away. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the people. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, kind, and thoughtful. We felt so welcomed and cared for that by the end of our stay, it felt like we had built real connections with everyone. We can’t wait to come back. Staying here is absolutely worth it!"

"Property was beautiful! Most the staff were very friendly! Everything we ordered from the resturants was wonderful! Drinks could be better for sure. Beach area was great, and the man putting up umbrellas and laying out towels was fantastic! Pool area was always clean and pool clean. Water was a tad warm, but hey its July in Mexico!"

If you are looking for a quiet trip with your partner, love the sound of the ocean, and want to be experience delicious meals served by a 5 star waitstaff, this resort is for you!
