"Our check in was extremely easy and the staff, especially Lilly, were amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We went to the restaurant in the evening and the staff was incredible and fun. We went again in the morning and not so much! It was like night and day."

"The hotel was located near several restaurants. Easy walk to downtown area (about 10 min). Easy walk to the pier area. There were several homeless in the area, usually hanging in groups minding their own business."

"It’s very barebones. The wifi is horrendous in several areas and in many rooms (couldn’t even have a zoom call with the video off). No kettle for the tea. Coffee shop downstairs blasting stressful music (including house music) at 7:30am on a cheap speaker and taking forever to simply poor hot water ..."
